The press articles are focusing on some pretty minor changes (Activity Manager and Archive for example). It does not seem to me like TB has a clear marketing message, nor a clear explanation of what we have been doing for the last two years. Features are typically described as equivalent to those in existing clients, rather than new or innovative.
Do you feel yourself in the role of product manager? That’s the missing piece from my perspective, someone to establish clear positioning of the product, and make sure that both the development effort and the marketing effort work together to establish that positioning.
