I have climbed Kilimanjaro twice -- once with a group of friends on the Rongai Route and once with my husband on the Umbwe Route -- and I used Adventures Within Reach both times (www.awr.travel). The guides were professional, safe, and knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. We went in a private group, but I know they have group departures as well. We also did a safari, which I highly recommend.

Good luck!
