Ice cream in the Bay Area
I’m probably not the best authority but ColdStone Creamery and Ben & Jerry’s doesn’t cut it.

- Sketch Ice Cream - Berkeley, 4th Street
- Ici Ice Cream - Elmwood, Berkeley
- Tango Gelato - Piedmont Ave, Oakland (also in SF on Filmore)
- Joe’s Ice cream - Geary St, San Francisco
- Tucker’s - Alameda (only ‘cuz my friend works there)
There’s a Lappert’s in Sausalito. That’d be the only chain I’d recommend.
