		<description>I'm using Brighthouse/Time Warner's VoIP service and I really like it. Its a little more expensive than Vonage or CallVantage but I like it because
it has dedicated bandwidth just for the phone because the MTA acts very much like a VoIP switch, for example im getting 5(or more depending)Mbps up even while im on the phone. And as an even further plus, it operates on your existing PSTN wiring, much like the way Avaya does Enterprise level VoIP. 

All in all its a very good service, we didnt lose the fiber optic network during the hurricanes but we lost the PSTN because of the downed trunk lines and wireless wasnt working either because FEMA and the Police commandeered the Wireless telephone repeaters and noone could use their cellphones. So in theory I should be able to use it immediately after the next hurricane if there is one anytime soon without worrying about FEMA or the cops cutting access to the network or it just simply being destroyed.</description>

The clincher was FTPing a large database while talking on the phone with one of our contractors.  Super!
